Prophecy of Jesus (pbuh) about his life and death
The life and death of Jesus (pbuh) is subject to the greatest amount of conjecture, misrepresentations and false attributions among all the prophets mentioned in the Quran. In order to clarify and purify his personality from all the falsehoods attributed to him, this lecture presents the prophecies of Jesus (pbuh) in his own words and clarification from God All-Mighty Himself to raise his personality for the benefit of those seeking the truth about Jesus the Son of Mary (pbuh). This lecture was presented by Muhammad Shaikh during his visit to North America in 2013 to a mixed audience comprised of local Christians, Ahmedi / Qadiani Muslims, and traditionalist Muslims all of whom have their own respective concepts in relation to life and death of Jesus (pbuh), and which are all in contradictions to what is written in the Quran. AAL-E-IMRAN 3:45 When the angels said, O’ Maryam / Mary surely Allah gives you the good news of a word from Him, his name will be Al-Maseeh Essa / Christ Jesus, the son of Maryam / Mary, held in honour in this world and in the hereafter and from those who are close ones.
AAL-E-IMRAN 3:47 She said, my Lord how he will become a son for me when no man has touched me? He said, even so Allah creates what He wills. When the order is complete, then surely He said for him, “be” and he becomes.
AAL-E-IMRAN 3:46 And he will speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity. And he will be from those who correct themselves.
MARYAM 19:30 He said, surely I am a servant of Allah. He has given me Al-Kitab / The Book and made me a prophet.
MARYAM 19:31 And He made me blessed whosesoever I am, and gave me the testament with salah / prayer and zakah / justification as long as I am alive.
MARYAM 19:32 And has made me kind with my mother and never made me forceful, miserable.
AAL-E-IMRAN 3:49 And a messenger to the children of Israel, that is without doubt I have come to you with an ayat / sign from your Lord. Surely that I create for you from the clay, as it was the figure of a bird (flyer) so I breathe in it so it becomes a bird (flyer) with the permission of Allah. And I heal the blind and the lepers and I give life to the dead with the permission of Allah. And I inform you with what you consume / eat and what you store in your houses. Surely in that is an ayat / sign for you if you are believers.
AS-SAFF 61:6 And when Essa / Jesus the son of Maryam / Mary said O’ children of Israel, surely I am a messenger of Allah to you, confirming what is between my two hands from At-Taurah / The Law and giver of a good news with the messenger who will come after me whose name will be Ahmed / more praiseworthy. So when he came to them with clarifications, they said, this is a clear magic.
MARYAM 19:33 And salam / peace is on me the day I was born and (peace is on me) the day I will die and (peace is on me) the day I will be appointed alive.
AAL-E-IMRAN 3:54 And tehy (unbelievers) planned and Allah planned and Allah is the best of the planners.
AAL-E-IMRAN 3:52 When Essa / Jesus felt the rejection from them he said, who are my helpers towards Allah?
The companions / disciples said we are helpers of Allah. We believe with Allah and you bear witness
that we are Muslims / Submitters.
AAL-E-IMRAN 3:53 Our Lord, we believe with what You have revealed and we follow the messenger,
then write us with those who bear witness.
